See yourself. Heal yourself. Change your story.

At Mirror Room Therapy by Vee, therapy is an invitation to look inward with curiosity, compassion, and honesty. Through The Mirror Effect, we combine evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a deeply personalized experience to help you understand the patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped you.

We begin from a place of wholeness, not brokenness. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to help you deepen self-awareness, strengthen self-trust, heal emotional wounds, and create meaningful change from within.

The reflection is where we begin. The transformation is what you create.
